We developed an automated IT Asset Management solution for the NEXTGEN HR team using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to improve request handling, tracking, and workflow visibility. The system was designed to simplify coordination between HR and IT while ensuring a more structured and transparent process.
The platform enables HR users to submit asset related requests and monitor their status in real time, while the IT team manages and processes each request within the same system. Automated notifications and reminders are triggered at every stage, helping responsible teams stay informed and reducing delays.
To support oversight and accountability, the workflow is presented through a visual Kanban view, allowing management to monitor progress from initiation to completion. The result is a more efficient, transparent, and well controlled asset management process.
